At MyWebnet Solution, we strive to ensure that both clients and freelancers have a secure and satisfactory experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for projects and services purchased through our platform.


1. General Policy

MyWebnet Solution acts as a marketplace platform connecting clients and freelancers.
All payments are processed through our secure system, and refunds are handled based on the project status and communication between both parties.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same order.
  • No Delivery: If the freelancer fails to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe and does not respond to communication attempts.
  • Order Cancellation Before Start: If the order is canceled before the freelancer begins work.
  • Non-Compliance: If the service delivered does not match the description or agreed requirements and no resolution is reached.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The project has already been completed and approved by the client.
  • The client changes their mind after work has started or been delivered.
  • The dispute has been resolved in favor of the freelancer after review.
  • Payments made outside of the MyWebnet Solution platform.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with a completed order, they can open a dispute within 7 days of delivery.
Our support team will review the case and may request additional details or evidence (messages, files, etc.) to make a fair decision.

All dispute resolutions made by MyWebnet Solution are final.


5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued back to the client’s original payment method (PayFast, PayPal, or card).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Service Fees

Please note:

  • Platform service fees and commissions charged by MyWebnet Solution are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or system errors.
