Welcome to MyWebnet Solution, an online platform that connects clients with skilled freelancers and service providers.
By using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
- “Platform” refers to MyWebnet Solution and all related services.
- “User” refers to anyone using the platform (client or freelancer).
- “Freelancer/Vendor” refers to service providers offering listings.
- “Client” refers to users purchasing or requesting services.
- “Order” means a confirmed purchase of a service through the platform.
3. User Accounts
- All users must register with accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- MyWebnet Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
4. Use of the Platform
- Users must act honestly and professionally.
- Spamming, fraud, or abuse of the system is strictly prohibited.
- Freelancers must deliver services as described in their listings.
- Clients must make full payment before the freelancer begins work.
5. Payments and Commissions
- Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway.
- MyWebnet Solution charges a 10% commission on every completed order.
- Freelancers will receive 90% of the total order amount once the order is marked as completed and approved by the client.
- Payouts may be delayed for security and verification purposes.
6. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds will only be considered if work has not been delivered or there is clear evidence of a breach.
- Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- MyWebnet Solution may mediate but does not guarantee any specific outcome.
7. Prohibited Services
The following services are not allowed:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Adult, offensive, or discriminatory content.
- Anything that violates South African law or our content policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- Freelancers retain rights to their original work until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, ownership may transfer to the client depending on the license type.
- Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute any platform content without permission.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- MyWebnet Solution acts only as an intermediary between clients and freelancers.
- We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or completion of any work.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the disputed order.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent behavior
- Abuse of other users
- Repeated policy violations
- Non-compliance with these Terms
11. Privacy and Data
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the POPIA Act (South Africa).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
12. Amendments
MyWebnet Solution may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will take effect immediately upon posting.
